Enjoy tall ceilings, bright interiors, and plenty of room to relax. Each bedroom has A/C, with a master suite and large shared bathroom for convenience. The living room includes a TV and comfortable seating, and the kitchen is fully equipped! Located in a safe neighborhood, just minutes from dining, shopping, Old SanJuan, and the beach, it’s perfect for families or groups! Casa Brisa is a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment thoughtfully designed for families or groups looking for comfort and convenience. The living room features tall ceilings, a TV, and a large couch where everyone can gather to relax. The dining area includes a table with seating for six, perfect for shared meals or game nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, and all the essentials needed to prepare family meals at home. The master bedroom has its own small private bathroom with shower and TV, providing added privacy and comfort. Two additional bedrooms each include queen beds, air conditioning, and furnishings to make unpacking and settling in easy. A large shared bathroom with shower is located off the living space, convenient for both bedrooms and guests. The apartment has tall ceilings and airy interiors, giving it a bright, open feel throughout. This is a family-friendly space designed to accommodate groups comfortably in a safe neighborhood! Guests have full private access to the entire studio apartment during their stay. Self check-in and self check-out are provided. Access is via a lockbox/smart lock — code and instructions will be sent before arrival. This is a self check-in / self check-out property and guests have full privacy. That said, we’re available 24/7 by phone or message if anything comes up or you need assistance during your stay. \- Free street parking is available, but it is public and first-come/first-served. We have no control over it. Guests are fully responsible for making sure they park in legal areas and follow posted signs or pay meters where required. Any parking tickets or towing fees are the guest’s responsibility. \- Electric and water usage is included for your stays; however please use A/C responsibly and turn it off when not in the apartment. \- No pets are allowed. \- No smoking inside the property. \- No parties or events — this is a quiet residential building. \- This is a safe and well-known residential neighborhood in San Juan. \- Please be mindful of the water heater — it works well, but like most systems on the island it may take a couple minutes to fully heat up. \- Puerto Rico is an island and occasional power or water interruptions may occur (usually short and restored quickly).
