The unit has been recently renovated and provides everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. Fall asleep with the sound of the waves. This beach front condominium offers a heated Olympic sized pool and direct beach access in the heart of Condado on Ashford Avenue. Imagine morning coffee or cocktails on the balcony with the ocean breeze and incredible view. Condado Del Mar is an older building under facade renovations. None of that work should affect your stay . (the kiddie pool is closed) But we are close by and available 24/7 for emergencies KASA HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES: • A valid photo ID for every guest staying at a property must be submitted to KASA prior to check in. • The party making the reservation must be the registered guest and must be at least 25 years of age. Third party reservations are not permitted. All properties are for the sole use of the registered guest and the parties listed in the reservation • No parties or events without prior pre-approval • Check-in is any time after 3PM, Check-out is by 11AM • No smoking or smoking products, including vaping products, will be allowed at any property and will result in a $500 penalty. • LOST ITEMS: $150 charge for lost keys, $75 charge for lost or damaged TV Remote and /or AC/FAN remote, $150 charge for lost or damaged parking remote and/or lost or damaged parking tag if applicable. • KASA is the host for your short-term stay. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to a circumstance beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide a like accommodation or provide a full refund or credit for a future stay • Cancellation Policy: varies by booking platform. Refund Policy: all refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card on file within ten (10) business days • Room Tax: 7%, Management Fee: 12.5% Cleaning Fee: $75 - $200 dependent on the property Pet Fee - $150 if approved. • Reservation Minimums: all reservations require a minimum 3-night stay. Admittance of more guests than the number listed in the reservation, shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement, immediate eviction from the premises and no refund will be provided • Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8AM. The guest shall not create noises or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance in the unit or the common area shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement, immediate eviction from the premises and no refund shall be provided. Any fines due to inappropriate behavior at the property will be paid by the guest • Outages: in the case of utility outages that are beyond the control of the host, no refunds or compensation will be given for said outages, unless any outage extends beyond 24 hours. Any refunds and compensation will be at the discretion of the Host. In the case of Wifi and streaming TV, no refund shall be provided for outages, speed of Wifi and personal preferences • Personal Items: any items left behind by the guest will be held for the guest, and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest to return the items. If items are not claimed after 30 days, they shall become the property of the host. The host shall not be held liable for condition of said items • No refund will be provided for shortened stays due to poor weather conditions, work and/or family emergencies or other commitments. In the event of a natural disaster, a credit will be provided for a future stay • Vehicles: KASA is not responsible for damages made to your vehicle in the parking facilities of any property • Failure to follow these rules and regulations, as well as any and all property and government regulations, in particular public health regulations, will lead to early termination of the reservation without refund. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney\`s fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the owner enforcing this agreement • LIABILITY WAIVER: KASA Vacation Rentals assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items that belong to guests. This includes loses related directly or indirectly from natural events such as floods, storms, hurricanes, or other \`Acts of Nature\`. It was very clean, had an amazing view, and the location was perfect. Parking was a huge plus. The building itself is a bit older and currently going through renovations, which caught us by surprise at first, but the host immediately took care of us and was very responsive. The view and sound of the ocean was amazing. This apartment is close to great dining in Condado, and walkable. In some cases, we needed an Uber due to my husband's mobility issues, and the cost of those was very reasonable and the service to our building was very quick. The building itself isn't fancy, and the wait for elevators can be long sometimes (avoid the 11am check out hour!) but we found it to be a great place to stay, and we'd come back. If you want to swim, this beach has pretty serious riptides and is not a good choice, but there are other options not too far away. The room had beach chairs and a small cooler available as well as beach towels. There's a small moka pot, and there was espresso available. We needed to buy more and left ours behind to pay it forward lol. Amazing 10/10 stay!! Easy check in process at 4 AM even. The view from the room really is breathtaking! 24/7 guards that are really nice & helpful. Everything you need is within walking distance. Ubers are really cheap & nice too. So much to do right around the corner. La Placita was really fun for 21+. Wicked Lily for dinner on the beach. Pinky’s for breakfast. Old San Juan is right up the road maybe 15 min Uber ride. Snorkeling out of Fajardo was just under an hour Uber ride, so much fun! Will definitely be booking again!!!! ##### Dylan F. The description says 15th floor, it is actually 10th floor. We enjoyed the views from the balcony. The condominium is under repair, so the kids pool and main entrance to the beach area was inaccessible. Close to many restaurants and activities, we walked almost everywhere. The beach area wasn't overcrowded, and was very peaceful. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. ##### Rebecca M. Comfortable bed, exceptional great view out the wall sized window and balcony. Great room. The property on first arrival was sketchy, but we were early and could not check in. The ocean side of the building has construction going on for some balcony replacements, or that is what it looks like to me, so that side of the property is not great. But overall, a nice pool, nice area, restaurants convenient across and down the street. No problems! Would stay here again ##### Christian and Monica C. It's the perfect base to get out and about and explore the island. The apartment is really beautifully finished, and is equipped with just about all the basics you could possibly need.
