The apartment is on the third floor of an historic building. The building and apartment are in the traditional Old San Juan style with wood doors to the sunny, large terrace with dining four and open concept living space with full kitchen. The large master bedroom provides a king sized bed, direct access to the terrace and a connecting full bathroom with shower. In the rear of the apartment is a second bedroom with double bed which also connects the bathroom. The only space not fully air conditioned is the second bedroom. The open living space includes full kitchen and dining for 4\. There is also direct access to the terrace. Clean place, great location, good amount of room, well equipped kitchen. As other people mentioned, the two bedrooms are definitely not created equal and there are a decent number of stairs leading up to the place (which my kids were able to navigate without issue), but these are minor quibbles. We were able to walk to most locations during our stay. We enjoyed the open concept and the balcony area. Overall, we were satisfied. However, you may want to ensure that visitors are aware that there are 51 steps to climb to get to/ from the apartment. The description of the property indicates a King size bed in the master, which should be revised to indicate the queen size bed. My family enjoys cooking, but the kitchen was not stocked well. I would suggest more pots and pans, baking pans, storage containers, and some more casual cups and dishes. Also, we could not locate dish towels or cloths. Thank you for having us ##### Erin V.
