Welcome to our charming modern Italian house, the perfect retreat for families of 4 to 6 members! This elegant residence offers two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a closet and desk, ideal for rest and work. Enjoy a full bathroom with a contemporary design, featuring hot water and an integrated speaker to create a totally relaxing atmosphere.   
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, dishes, and all necessary utensils, perfect for preparing delicious homemade meals. The dining area, with seating for 6, is the ideal place for pleasant family dinners.   
The comfortable living room features a sofa bed, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and central air, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay. Additionally, we offer private parking for up to 5 vehicles.   
  
From our house, you can marvel at spectacular sunrises and sunsets without leaving the property. Strategically located just 20 minutes from the airport and close to beaches, rivers, restaurants, the rainforest, shopping centers, and other tourist attractions, this house is the perfect starting point for exploring Puerto Rico.
