Comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 Queen beds, Wifi, Smart TVs, gym, access directly to beach, games area, a lobby with a coffee shop and eating area, Bar, 5 minutes from Airport, Casino hotels, restaurants and grocery stores around the building walking distance. The space  
This luxe Isla Verde beach rental has an oceanfront dining and living area, a well-stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a balcony with an absolutely mind-blowing ocean, and lovely mountain views. This awesome beach apartment suits 4 people. Both bedrooms look out onto the ocean, and the master suite includes an en-suite bathroom.

Direct beach access from the property. The property has central air conditioning. The property location puts you within the steps of the water, so you can spend endless days enjoying the sunshine and ocean breeze.  
  
We are five minutes from the SJU airport. Located in the ESJ Towers Hotel next to the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel & Casino and directly on Isla Verde Beach!  
In the main lobby you will find a Coffee Shop, Cocktail bar and beach bar service so you can relax during your stay with us!  
  
What most people know as “Isla Verde Beach” is actually 3 beaches: El Alambique, Pine Grove Beach, and Balneario de Carolina. Isla Verde Beach is located east of San Juan in the neighboring town/municipality of Carolina. All three beaches give visitors nearly three long miles of sand and water to enjoy.  
  
\* Pool currently closed for renovations, use ResortPass app to purchase pool passes at neighboring resort “Fairmont El San Juan Hotel & Casino”.
