It is an older Colonial-Spanish home which was completely remodeled and updated into several units-4 two-bedrooms, 2 one-bedrooms and 2 studios; so if you have a large group you could rent several units and all stay in one location. The area is full of streets and is a bit off putting but once you reach casa sagrado thing change room we was given room 7 it was clean with all utensils refrigerator and pans. The staff was amazing makes you feel at home. Mornings are amazing you can rest and wake up relaxed. This is my new go to spot and now I the property has grown so the space is bigger so can’t wait to return. I highly recommend this from here you can reach everywhere within 10 to 20min. Amazing spot. Beaches are just minutes away as well as some great restaurants. The Condado strip is filled with restaurants and entertainment. The apartments are well maintained and clean. It seems some people complain about the hot water not being hot enough but that wasn't my experience in the slightest. It wasn't scalding but it was HOT. Any noise complaints are unwarranted as well. The neighborhood is quiet however be careful driving since half of the traffic lights don't work. There are a couple of minor issues that I forwarded to the owner but nothing that would keep me from staying here again or recommending it to friends and family. ##### Daniel C.
