The view was stunning, and the beach right across the street made it even more special—quiet, clean, and never crowded, unlike San Juan. The area was peaceful, with a few breakfast spots just a short walk away. The condo was perfect for two, beautifully decorated, and cozy, with the sweetest security staff. It’s about 45 minutes from San Juan, but close to Carabalí Rainforest Park, the kioskos a many excursions. We were however surprised to find that the unit is actually a studio (no seperate bedroom), but it was still good. Available on-site parking was good and secure. Restaurants and grocery store are within walking distance. We were unable to access local TV channels, but we were able to see movies on Amazon Prime since we have a subscription. Condo is small without a lot of amenities but I would stay here again, can’t beat the price, not even a one minute walk to a gorgeous beach, across from a cute market and a wonderful bakery that serves all day. The condo was a little smaller than the pictures made it seem, which meant the air conditioner kept the whole place cool! The view was to die for and you can hear the sound of the waves perfectly from your room, which made for great sleeping. The location was perfect for accessing all the beaches, visiting the kiosks for amazing food, doing a Bioflourescent Bay tour and exploring El Yunque. Our balcany had a view of the beach. The back of the highrise had a pool for grown ups and underground pool that was two feet for children. We loved our stay! We felt safe and welcomed by the gated community and the check in desk. We could park wherever we wanted. We would love to stay here again the next time we come to Puerto Rico! ##### Robert R. Communication from Rafael was great. Check in instructions came exactly as promised. He even sent an informative web based guide with suggestions to local restaurants, etc. The condo itself was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. There is 24 hour security (you have to check in with them upon arrival-i missed that part in the instructions). The property is gated and there is plenty of parking. There is a pool area onsite and the beach is right out the back gate of the property. The view from the balcony is second to none. We will definitely be back. Overall, it was a great experience, but it could have been better. For example, some stains are on the sofa, and there is a large seam on the front door. The refrigerator could also be upgraded.
