Casa 11 is a beautifully remodeled beachfront sanctuary is in the most highly sought after beach of Ocean Park, in the heart of San Juan. This is the best kitesurfing point in San Juan. Spend your day lounging on the beach, kitesurfing or just steps away from the best restaurants of Puerto Rico. *Please note, this home does not have a backup water cistern or generator.

We had an amazing time and this place was perfect! Great location, right on the beach with plenty of places within walking distance for great food! Unit had all the amenities you could need and more! We loved the decor and having our coffee on the patio and happy hour on the roof deck was perfect. Would stay here again in a second. Kiki was very responsive to any questions we had and had great recommendations. Would recommend staying away from the restaurant right next door.....took 40 minutes to get a glass of water and they were quite rude! Food was great, but not worth the wait.

This is a beautiful and very well-stocked beachfront property. We spent 4 nights for Christmas and had a lovely time. The location is perfect and in a safe neighborhood. The rooftop has amazing views. The host is very accessible and responsive--she even sent a handyman immediately when an issue with an appliance happened, which was very much appreciated. The only caution I would advise is if you are traveling with someone who has trouble climbing stairs, the bedrooms are accessed by a spiral staircase that is narrow and steep, so keep this in mind when booking. Otherwise, the property is a must stay! We couldn't have been happier. 5 stars are definitely warranted!

Gorgeous Stay

It was absolutely beautifully decorated and stocked way above and beyond a typical rental!! We loved the location, close to restaurants and not a far drive to downtown San Juan. The listing does show pictures of a beach right outside the property, but it is no longer there, the ocean comes right up to the gate. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely return!!!

Perfect beach house

Our stay at Casa II with two other couples was the perfect getaway. Joey, the house manager, was very friendly and welcoming and offered many suggestions on transportation and dining. We had all of the comforts of home and especially enjoyed being right on the water. The view from the upstairs master balcony was amazing. It was cozy and clean and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us! A+

Beautiful Experience

The apartment was perfect for me and my active young adult family members. It was clean with a very attentive property manager. We enjoyed being a short walk to many good and fun restaurants. The easy access to the beach was important to us and we enjoyed sitting on beach in provided chairs, walking, swimming, and watching kite boarders. Lastly, the view and ocean sounds from the master bedroom were spectacular. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Wonderful

Great location in gated neighborhood right in the beach! It was an easy walk to a variety of restaurants and stores. We rented scooters to go shopping in Condado area, taxis to Old San Juan and added on transportation with our excursions. House was clean and stocked. Had plenty of space to spread out or gather for meals and games. Service was excellent!

This property was amazing! The photos don’t even do it justice! I highly recommend this property.

We arrived on a late flight and we were greeted by Joey. He was eager to show us the property and gave us great insight to the area. There are many restaurants within walking distance and the beach is steps away. The amenities were abundant. We were also directed to personal chefs, Jose & Gabriel. The customized dinner they created was so phenomenal, we asked them back for a second night! The area felt very safe, and we often walked at night. Our family of 7 decided this was the best vacation ever. The home is decorated very tastefully and is very comfortable. I would give this place 10 stars if possible. A definite MUST!

Beautiful house, great location!

This property was incredible! In the best location- the beach is steps away. We also felt so safe as this house is located in a gated part of San Juan. The neighbors at the condo are incredibly sweet and very welcoming. Joey, the property manager, is wonderful- he checks you in and makes sure everything is perfect during your trip. Would recommend this Vrbo to anyone!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay

We stayed with our two kids and my mother. It was our second time to PR and we didnt know quite know what the expect again. Our trip was above expectations and we can't wait to get there again. The properly is beautiful and well appointed. It is right on the beach and you can take a nice stroll all the way to Condado. Your are minutes away from restaurants and the city but you feel like you are in your own private resort. Our kids loved the backyard with the pool and spent hours on the outside chairs. They loved having the neighborhood cat Manolito stop by which provided an extra charm and level of familiarity. The rooms are great and the kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to make a nice dinner. The host checked us in and showed us the property and let us check out a bit outside of schedule for which we are extremely thankful. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable Thanksgiving for the entire family.
