Please note, the building has no elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the apartment. and there is no designated parking available. Additionally, there’s a nightclub located downstairs, open only on Friday and Saturday nights, which may result in some noise during those times. Inside, the apartment features high ceilings, a cozy living room, and a stylish modern kitchen, offering the perfect environment to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The space combines the comforts of home with the high standards of a hotel, making it an inviting place to relax after a day of exploring. Upon entering, you'll find a spacious and comfortable sofa, perfect for unwinding while enjoying the views of Miramar through large floor-to-ceiling windows.
