This 4 bedroom villa is like having four separate hotel rooms at a fraction of the price; plus, you have the luxury of sharing living areas, kitchen, and outdoor terraces… for friends and family fun, in style! Every bedroom suite has its own private bath and balcony. Sleeping rooms have understated tropical décor and are bright and sunny with wooden shutters or curtains to block out the morning sun so you can sleep in.  
  
There is a full kitchen, a living area with high ceilings and an entertainment room with high definition TV for streaming, and high speed wireless internet. There are two private outdoor areas: the back yard patio overlooking the green, and the roof top terrace. There is parking in the driveway and two additional parking spots immediately in front designated for the villa. Sit down to a leisurely dinner inside or outside with view of the golf course.  
  
Located in a gated community on lovely grounds steps away from a free form pool and a quarter mile from the beach. The private beach is less than a 10 minutes walk graced with extravagant landscaping, fresh water ponds and flowering shade trees.  
  
A vacation spot more ideal for a young family, a family with older children, a family reunion, or golf trip (there are four golf courses in a five miles radius providing ample diversity).  
  
Pickle Ball, Game Center, and Bowling within 5 minutes walk.
