The condo was small but very nice. Laundry on property and two beach chairs and a small cooler in the room. 2 min walk to the beach, 6 min drive to the airport. The air conditioner worked well, but it was really loud and cycled on and off which woke us up while we were sleeping and the TV had to be turned up when it went on. The building it was located in was also older. We did appreciate that gated parking was provided and that It was near the beach. The owner was also great at communicating with us. The bathroom is too small. The parking is very limited and if you do not arrive early, you may not find parking at all. If you want to stay out late, I will not recommend this place due to the parking. It is very close to the beach but only one way in and out and street is very dark. This is place for 2 people not more. The host was very communicative and responsive. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and I will not advise anyone to walk to the casinos at night, very isolated streets. The room was clean and has a very good air conditioning. ##### Jose C.
