We highly recommend that you rent a car so that you make the most out of your experience in the island. We offer free parking inside our gated community.
Our community: steps to the pool and beach, outdoor gym, playground for children, 24-hour security, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court.
Our apartment is next to, but not a part of, the Wyndham Rio Mar Hotel. You can walk on the beach to the hotel's facilities - 2 golf courses, casino, spa, restaurants, beach bar, and more.
Guest access
Guests will be able to enjoy and access the entire apartment as well as the exterior private terrace that has direct access to the community's common areas. They will have access to the parking lot, 2 community pools, and the beach!
Our apartment is equipped with:
2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, A/C units, Wi-Fi, smart TV, washer/dryer, 1 parking space, coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill (upon request), beach chairs, linens, bath towels, and beach bowels.
Master Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, dresser, mirror, night stand, closet, A/C, fan and smart TV
Bonus Room (small): Twin size futon and half bathroom
Common space: Dining table, kitchen, washer/dryer, full bathroom, smart TV, sofa bed
Patio: Table with chairs, bbq grill, fresh air with direct view to the pool.

- We request government-issued photo IDs from all adult guests.
Renting a car is highly recommended. We offer free parking inside our gated community.
- Being on a tropical island means hot weather, humid conditions and possible mosquitoes so please protect yourselves while outdoors. Please note that PR's electrical grid is delicate. Power issues islandwide are rare but may occur. There can also be interruptions in the water service due to drought.
Disclaimer regarding electricity, water and internet:
In September 2017 Puerto Rico was directly hit by Hurricane Maria. Unfortunately our power grid has suffered significant damage after the hurricane and over the years. Power, water and internet outages are extremely common in the island and may last from a few minutes to a few hours. Sometimes power goes once a week or sometimes once a month, it's completely out of our control. We will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption of water, electrical or internet services. If water, electricity or wifi is interrupted for more than 7 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights NOT used. Under NO circumstances we will refund consumed or past nights. By booking this unit we understand that you read all of our listing descriptions and that you are aware of the situation.
