The rental is close to Condado, Old San Juan, and Isla Verde Carolina. The closest places to the rental are: Miramar at few steps the Food Truck Park, Scooter and Bike rentals at the corner, Conservatorio de Musica, Walmart Super Center, Pueblo Grocery Shopping, Fine Arts Miramar (theater), Walgreens Pharmacy, Casinos, The Port of San Juan, Condado Lagoon Beach, water sports rentals, good restaurants and you need to explore the endless possibilities of entertainment that lay in Distrito T-Mobile, as example Toro Verde Urban Park, Coca-Cola Music Hall and others. In Old San Juan area you can find many history places as example El Morro, Fuerte San Cristobal, La Fortaleza, Parque Las Palomas, Paseo La Princesa with live music on weekends, tours in Helicopter, and Luis Munoz Rivera Park with many activities during the whole years by season. Also, Ferri from Old San Juan - Catano where you can take the Bacardi Distillery Tour. In Carolina area you can find Pinones, Parque Acuatico Infantil Aquasol, Luis Munoz Marin International Airport and The Caribbean's Priemier Shopping & Dining Destination of the Mall of San Juan. Transportation: Public La Ama, Private: Taxi, Uber, Scooter and Bike rentals. Also, Tren Urbano (train) from Santurce to Bayamon and the Ferri from Old San Juan to Catano where you can walk along the Malecon and enjoy delicious / traditional food and entertainment.  
  
Hospital: the closest are Ashford Presbyterian Community Hospital, San Jorge Children & Women's Hospital and Pavia Hospital.  
  
You’ll love my place! My place is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Also, if you are coming from far to attend social events you can stay in our rental that is close to many amenities.   
  
The apartment is located beside the Cosmopolitan Condo and close to the Condado Lagoon. The rental is in a 2nd floor where you can see the Condado Lagoon from the secure balcony. The apartment is fully furnished, spacious living and dining room, kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The apartment has a balcony and reserved parking. A/C unit are in each bedrooms. You can't get a better location.n until Bayamon.
