The rental is close to Condado, Old San Juan, and Isla Verde Carolina. The closest places to the rental are: Miramar at few steps the Food Truck Park, Scooter and Bike rentals at the corner, Conservatorio de Musica, Walmart Super Center, Pueblo Grocery Shopping, Fine Arts Miramar (theater), Walgreens Pharmacy, Casinos, The Port of San Juan, Condado Lagoon Beach, water sports rentals, good restaurants and you need to explore the endless possibilities of entertainment that lay in Distrito T-Mobile, as example Toro Verde Urban Park, Coca-Cola Music Hall and others. In Old San Juan area you can find many history places as example El Morro, Fuerte San Cristobal, La Fortaleza, Parque Las Palomas, Paseo La Princesa with live music on weekends, tours in Helicopter, and Luis Munoz Rivera Park with many activities during the whole years by season. Also, Ferri from Old San Juan - Catano where you can take the Bacardi Distillery Tour. My place is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Also, if you are coming from far to attend social events you can stay in our rental that is close to many amenities. The apartment is located beside the Cosmopolitan Condo and close to the Condado Lagoon. The rental is in a 2rd floor where you can see the Condado Lagoon from the open and safety balcony. The apartment is fully furnished, spacious living and dining room, kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The apartment has a balcony and reserved parking. A/C unit are in each bedrooms. As well, when I started what they advertised regarding air conditioning, he sent me info on the SECOND floor, but we were placed on the THIRD floor. Had to call and he told us the key was behind a garbage can. He has a nice air bnb that’s not advertised on the first floor he said you have to call him to get that one. However he did give us a free tour around old San Juan but that didn’t make up for the stay. He’s a nice person tho just not a good place to enjoy if you wanted to lounge around. ##### Keyng W. The property manager was very attentive and fixed the Internet when it wasn't working. We didn't have the view that we were expecting but we weren't at the property enough during the entire trip for it to really matter. Bad communication from the start. I 6 missed calls while at work from an unknown number. No voice mail no text. The day before check in I message the host through the app, Nothing. Cool so I contact Vrbo. I get a new phone number to call/text. So I text asking for checkin instructions. It’s some sort of PM that tells me to call someone from a different # weird. They then tell me the property owner has been trying to get in contact with me. So the barrage of missed calls was them. But why not leave a message, text, email or message through the app like normal listings? The VRBO building is a Projects building between luxury towers. The windows were a giveaway, no glass windows. The shutters couldn’t close properly, and there was no glass window to block out noise, especially since it was raining and half a block away from the highway. The loud drip from the roof/gutters onto a metal can kept us awake the first night. Stray cats fighting outside our window also prevented us from sleeping. Communication with the host was poor, with no response to my text about being out of toilet paper. But how creepy is it when the power’s out, and you walk back to your place to find magically toilet paper in the bathrooms?. We could’ve been inside, and they’d’ve just walked in. The one paper-thin bed sheet and the horrible living room with a cigarette burn in the best couch make it hard to consider this place. ##### Jonathan B. Noise is a bit loud from traffic, but it was elections so traffic was more then normal. For the price it was a good fit clean, walking distance from a lot of restaurants, attractions, and a Walmart close by. I would recommend this. ##### Jody C. The lid for the toilet was broken, tiles were broken, the bath tub was stained, we overall felt unsafe, it was just uninhabitable. We left the first day and the host has refused to refund my money. Mr Sam reached out prior to arrival with detailed instructions on entering the property which I appreciated. Apartment was very clean and each room had an AC unit. Kitchen was supplied with all necessities. Mr Sam even gave recommendations on good restaurants in the area. There was a food truck park and local shops in the area that was walking distance. Uber was easy to catch. Comfortable, beds comfortable, AC in Bedrooms a Big Plus, good utensils etc. But this stood out more than ANYTHING, I stay in Hotels, 3,4,5 Star and they ALWAYS skimp on Toilet paper.
