About this space  
Awesome location house right in center of Isla Verde, Puerto Rico. Only 5 min walk to beach, 3-5 min drive to airport, and close to OSJ, Santurce, Condado, and more! Enjoy the local Isla Verde Hotel strip and it’s Casinos and Night Life or just make a quick drive, Uber and or bus ride to the touristic areas of Condado, OSJ and or Santurce. If you're looking for a comfortable 3/2 place to enjoy PR’s beautiful beaches and night-life look no further! NO POWER, NO PROBLEM, GENERATOR + 600 H2O  
The space  
Beautiful, cozy full A/C, safe second story home in an Amazing location within the tourist district, steps away from everything! Has two beautiful private terraces breezy tropical terraces. We Have 600 water galón Reserve tank+ Pump and a generator to keep fridge, lights, internet and Fans in case of power outage.  
Guest access  
Second story 3/2 + 2 Beautifull Breezy Private Terraces and your own Parking space in the driveway.  
Other things to note  
We are a small island struggling with power, please turn off all a/c units when out and about.  
Enjoy the space and be considerate after 10 pm with music , No loud Parties Allowed😉
