Welcome to our newly renovated multi-unit house in the heart of Santurce! This unique property, ideal for larger groups, offers the convenience of two separate apartments rented together. We are dedicated to ensuring your stay is both comfortable and convenient. For your ease, we provide two trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one dish sponge. Each bathroom features dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also supply one bath towel per guest. Please note that laundry detergent is not provided. We hope these amenities contribute to a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Should you need any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

9\. Please respect check-in and check-out times.  
10\. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost or broken keys incur a replacement fee of $50\. If lock need to be replaced it will also be charged. (If it applies)  
11\. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.  
12\. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.  
13\. Please do your dishes.  
14\. Please take the trash out before you leave.  
15\. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. (Penalty Fee)  
16\. Do not hang towels from balcony or windows  
17\. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. (Towels will be charged)
