Loved 2 bathrooms. Nice bedroom vanity. Beach access was great. Close to airport, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, and many activities. Great price for the space. Reserved parking stall was handy. At first I was afraid because the hallways weren’t nice looking so u thought my room wasn’t going to meet my expectations, but I must say the room beautiful completely different from what yonder when you first arrive at the hotel. I had the 2ned 2bath suite with an ocean view and it was clean and well decorated. I felt at home. The only down side to this hotel was the pool was closed. The communication with the staff is excellent . we did not have to check in when we came in. We were contacted by email and text which was very convenient. The view is absolutely amazing from the room. The rooms are spacious. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. It would have been a great plus if the pool was also open but I think they are working on it. The hotel itself looked empty for the most part. On the whole we had a great time. The air conditioning on the roof of the building next door was so loud you could hardly hear the ocean. The suite was beautiful and clean. The communication between us and the host was spectacular. We had a few questions throughout the week and were always answered in a prompt manner. Ahead of time we were told the pool was not available but got access to another pool that was in walking distance and got reimbursed for the pass immediately. The view from the balcony was breathtaking; the accommodations were clean and convenient; the area nearby was easy to walk with great dining options and easy shopping (we picked up a bottle of wine for our room). My sister and I both loved this location! It was an amazing experience. The owners kept us informed of the status of the location and our trip throughout the Hurricane Maria disaster, assuring us that all was well and our trip was going to be ok. They contacted us immediately on arrival in San Juan and walked us through the whole week from check in to questions to check out and so on. The condo was beautiful, clean and well done, its set up was perfect for our family. The washer/dryer was a help and the kitchen well stocked and very usable. The beach access was perfect and location a great "jumping off" point for our other activities in the area. The hotel bar and lobby was beautiful. We stayed at the hotel bar and enjoyed the live music one evening and the staff was fun to interact with. We attended their new years eve party, it was well done and fun. We used the game room for a family ping pong tournament and worked out in the gym as well. I would return anytime, and highly encourage you to check it out!! We didn't have to spend a lot of money on Ubers because everything was in walking distance from the condo. One of the things that I love most about the property is the easy beach access! The property also had a bar & cafe that severals great drinks & food. The kitchen is small, but has a sink, stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. Lovely balcony from which you can see and hear the ocean. Helpful staff, nice coffee shop, beautiful beach. Keep in mind you do need to rent beach umbrellas and chairs, but it's not expensive for a full day's use. The hotel lobby is very clean. The hallways are a little beat up, but that's no big deal. It's a perfect location and spot. I brought 3 of my closest girlfriends for a 5 day girls' trip and it was so well situated. The pool and bar there were great, the beach it perfect and quiet as well which is nice. There are little cabanas you can get drinks or go jet skiing, etc. and the water was perfect. The host is great to communicate and the place is even better in person. We loved that it had 2 full bathrooms, a very welcomed surprise! Right down the road is a market and a CVS and if you want/need more groceries there's a larger store just around the corner. We walked to dinner at beautiful resorts nextdoor most nights and it was super safe and easy. The food next door is AWESOME! We also were able to easily get ubers to Old San Juan and other areas around the area.
