Designed for travelers seeking both convenience and character, it features elegant interiors, a serene outdoor terrace, and thoughtful amenities that make it feel like home.  
  
The Space:  
Step into a refined and cozy one-bedroom apartment featuring a king-sized bed, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a comfortable living room with Smart TV and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything you need to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals.  
Outside, unwind on the private rear terrace, complete with a reading area and hot tub —perfect for relaxing evenings under the Caribbean sky. Enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony, swing gently in the hammock chair, or simply take in the quiet surroundings.  
Additional conveniences include coin laundry, power generator, water cistern, Wi-Fi, hot water, and private parking.  
Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, BLK LION offers the perfect blend of city style, comfort, and a peaceful escape.  
  
Guest Access:  
Our home is a multi-family property—four apartments in total.   
  
On first-floor apartments 1 & 2, you can access the apartment's surroundings and balcony; on the second floor, we have apartments 3 & 4\.   
  
Paid coin laundry is located right under the stairs.  
  
We require a mid-stay clean If you stay for more than 14 days.   
  
The cleaning charge will be separate from the initial cleaning fee, and we will send the request through the Airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.

Located in Bayamón Gardens, one of the most convenient areas within the metropolitan region, BLK LION offers quick access to everything you need. Just a short drive away, you’ll find shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets, and cafés that reflect Puerto Rico’s vibrant local lifestyle.  
Bayamón is known for its lively atmosphere, safety, and proximity to San Juan —only about 20 minutes away. Whether you want to explore the historic charm of Old San Juan, enjoy a beach day in Condado or Isla Verde, or experience Puerto Rico’s nightlife, this location places you right in the center of it all while still providing a quiet retreat to come home to.
