While the campus - as outlined below - offers a multitude of amenities, the hotel offers similar amenities. As a residential golf community, the villa is both minimalistic and modern in architecture. With approximately 2,289 square feet of covered AC space, +600 sqft of outdoor terraces, in addition to +1,200 sqft of lawn, the villa helps to fulfill more comfort than a hotel room. This terraced villa is on the ground floor of Las Ventanas I, an exclusive garden-front residency situated only walk-out steps away from the beach and pool. Beautifully Villa guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities, which include the Beach Club, Golf Club, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, Gym, Tennis Club, Lakehouse with water sports, and 483 acres of gated pristine maritime forest. Beautifully Villa is part of the Calypso Villas Refined Luxury Rental Program, which includes a dedicated concierge for the duration of the reservation. This in addition to the concierge team offered by the resort IN PERSON CHECK-IN REQUIRED: The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present during check-in and will be required to present an ID that matches the name on the reservation. Check-in times are Monday through Sunday 5 pm to 8 pm. Arrivals outside of this time must be consulted with us. Every effort will be made to show flexibility. Golf cart rental is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Four-seater golf carts are $65 per day while six-seater are $85\. Each guest can secure the golf cart rental with me. Also, we offer airport transportation for one to eleven passengers. In the case you rent a vehicle, you will have two parking spots offered at no cost. Resort Fees Mandatory resort fees are $195 plus IVU (11.5%) per day per group of guests assigned to the villa. This cost is independent to the nightly rate. Note that only guests assigned to the villa will be granted resort passes and as a result have access to the resort grounds. Guests are not permitted to have visitors. Note: the resort reserves the right o alter their pricing for the passes. I, as owner, do not have any control. That said, I will be sure to inform you of any changes that I am presented with. Should the case be the price increased, the guest will be responsible for the difference in fare. Important Information for All Guests: Please be aware that the St. Regis Hotel pool area (separate from the Bahia Beach Resort amenities) is not accessible to all guests. Additionally, restaurant reservations at the St. Regis may be limited when the hotel reaches full capacity. However, as a guest, you will still enjoy full access to three exclusive members-only pools, beautiful private beaches, and dedicated restaurants reserved for members and residents of the resort. These policies are established by the St. Regis Hotel and apply to all properties within Bahia Beach. In addition, we have both Liberty Cable and Verizon in all our villas at the St. Regis Bahia Beach. The unit needs a little updating/maintenance to receive that 5th star but the location and amenities of the property were fantastic. He arranged transportation for us and suggested restaurants to try. The place is very clean and so close to everything you need. There were a few minor things wrong with the condo but Arturo got right on it and also offered us a complimentary mid week cleaning. We got the golf cart and passes to St Regis because we had a baby. We went to that pool and the restaurants at St Regis. Very expensive but it was good. The pool at our condo was just as nice and we liked the restaurant there as well. It was 2 minutes from our place. This is a great place for families with children and also golfers. So much to do and walk the beach and trails. All the people here are very friendly and polite. Arturo's hospitality was a shining example of what makes a trip memorable. He was kind, attentive, and always ready to lend a hand or offer a recommendation, ensuring that our family felt right at home. The residence we stayed in was an absolute gem. It comfortably accommodated our family of 8 and just steps away from several pools and private beaches. The resort itself is a haven of amenities suitable for all ages. Nestled within a secure gated community, it boasts a state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis courts, golf course and so much more. While the resort had its own dining options, we were delighted to find an array of restaurants outside its gates and the close proximity to local grocery stores meant we could easily stock up on essentials and treats. A highlight of our trip was the mesmerizing Bioluminescence Bay. Witnessing the waters glow in the night was a surreal experience, and it's undoubtedly a must-do for anyone visiting Puerto Rico. Our first time in Puerto Rico was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the impeccable accommodation and the warm hospitality shown by Arturo and the community. We are already looking forward to our next visit. If you're considering a trip to this Caribbean paradise, don't think twice - this is the place to be. ##### Derek C. The golf cart is a must and you don’t need to buy the day passes for the resort because nobody ever checked for them and I never even received any confirmation they were ever actually bought by the rental company. We used the concierge at the resort for help since the Cakypso team didn’t seem very interested in helping us book trips. The food at the resort restaurants is expensive but very good. Arturo and his team were incredibly communicative - checking in ever so often and quick responses to questions. Location of this condo is great! Short walk to all pools (\~1 min) and the beach (\~2 mins). We opted not to get a golf cart and it was totally fine (we got our steps in!) but given the location of the condo we didn't need it. Bahia beach / St Regis is just unmatched. We've stayed at other places in Puerto Rico and every time keep going back to Bahia Beach. It's worth every penny. You have access to St Regis, Las Ventanas pool (which is right off the beach) and the beach club pool. There is also the boathouse which is my kids favorite! The gated community is large, however it remains very quiet and private even during spring break.
