Located in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico and within walking distance of all restaurants, shops, supermarkets, casinos, and nightlife of Isla Verde. Condo rental includes 1 free parking, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, washer/dryer, central A/C. 1 King-size bed and two full-size beds, two full bathrooms (one of them small), living area, dining area, and spacious balcony. Wifi, 32-inch television (living room) with Cable TV. TV/Cable in the bedrooms also. Inside the beautiful ESJ Towers, a full-service resort. It has a partial ocean view and is within walking distance of everything: restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. It is next door to the El San Juan Hotel. It is the best location to relax!! Free WiFi and Netflix access (with your account settings). On-site: Baggage storage, Beach, 24 Hour Concierge Desk/ Security, Dry Cleaning, Fitness Center, Bilingual Staff, Outdoor Pool/Jacuzzi, Sight-Seeing Tours Desk located. Please read the property profile carefully so you're clear on what is and/or isn't provided during your stay. Beach Bar Bistro We're not located in the same building but on call in case of emergency. AMAZING LOCATION! This condo-styled residence is located right on Isla Verde! Just steps from the beach (literally), Walgreens and CVS, many food options, a 24/7 grocery store, and multiple car rental companies. Ubers and taxis come regularly. It’s also located right next to a Casino, Foxwoods, and close to the main airport. It has an operable washer and dryer which is good for cleaning your beach clothes. Direct access to a beach with music, pineapple beverages, and water sports. Netflix is available with the guest's account info. THE ACCESS TO THE POOL DECK IS INDEFINITELY CLOSED DUE TO STRUCTURAL RENOVATIONS AND WE DON’T HAVE AN OPENING DATE YET. The access to the beach remains normal. Construction work is being done at the building every day from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; therefore you may experience some noise at the apartment during those hours. Beach chairs not provided. You can rent them at the beach for $7 per day. Where To Go: The ESJ Towers is located on one of Puerto Rico's finest beaches. Walking distance from major hotels, Hotel El San Juan, The Ritz Carlton San Juan, Embassy Suites, and Royal Sonesta. Supermarket Pueblo is also within walking distance (open 24 hours). ENTREVINOS is also EXCELLENT across from CVS inside the small shopping mall, great ambiance from Thursday through Sunday, a great wine selection (basic bar drinks also.) many reasonably good bottles starting at $29 METROPOL Walking distance makes a left out of the driveway, great Puerto Rican-Cuban rest, a huge menu, and live music at the bar. MEAT MARKET Inside The Fairmont El San Juan, next door is a restaurant with excellent steaks and sides. Make it a night and stay for live music in the lobby on Fridays and Saturdays. This hotel also has a chic nightclub with GREAT music CLUB BRAVA, and a great atmosphere and you can walk there, it's next door! El ALAMBIQUE Funky beach restaurant bar with good food on Tartak St. where CVS is. Just walk towards the beach and make a left at the end. For a taste of our famous fritters, go to the beach, at Pinones, a five-minute ride, open kiosks selling all manner of fried food cooked over a wood log, delicious! Try an Alcapurria. MY FAVORITE for Latin and FRESH seafood is CAYO CARIBE, there's one in Condado, On the way to OLD SAN JUAN Ladi's for fresh fish is a short ride on the way to Old San Juan. Great view and is great for drinks and appetizers unless you are ordering a whole Lobster (STEAMED ONLY) or a whole Snapper (Fried only) You will be disappointed as they tend to overcook anything else, but the view is spectacular! IN OLD SAN JUAN BARRACHINA (where the Pina Colada was invented) LA VERGUENZA is a real scene, with music and PR Street food, a must-see. LA FACTORIA Party all night long! Seven rooms with music, and GREAT cocktails. Arrange for an Uber pick up in front or nearby as there are many bars in the area, big young adults area. Is every year in the top 50 bars in the world. SANTURCE LA PLACITA for bars nightlife and good restaurants, open late, how the locals party (safe). CALLE CERRA in Santurce is a hot spot don't miss La Esquina Watusi (the most famous bar in that area). GROCERY STORES/PHARMACY Walking distance is PUEBLO Supermarket (open 24 hrs.), and you can expect to find the same items you find in the USA as well as liquor. It's a 10-minute walk, straight out of the building's driveway across the street to the end of the street. Make a right and it's at the end of the street, taking an Uber is a good idea if you are buying a lot. Across from The Royal Sonesta, to the right of our building,(closer than CVS), there's a small grocery and liquor store, all walking distance from the apt. They also serve a great breakfast. You can rent them at the beach for $7 per day. We've have experienced electricity failures in PR ultimately. The condo has a power generator for the common areas and elevators. We provide a battery lamp in case you need it. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beautiful views, the building/common areas were very clean and quiet. The second bath is tiny, barely room to turn. The pool pictured was under construction and the host had made no arrangements for use of other pools in the area. If we wanted to use a pool we had to purchase a resort pass which start at about 100 per person per day. The condo was as pictured and the bedrooms, living room and kitchen were clean. The bathrooms were in need of renovation. You have to turn off the AC unit to sit on the deck as it was oppressively loud when it is on. Overall the condo worked out well my family. It is very close to the airport and we enjoyed watching the planes, but it was loud at times. ##### Sarah T. The front desk and this is what we where told. The second bathroom is a job: the toilet is behind the door, the shower is so small and the water hits you in the face. When I read reviews I want information that can help me manage my expectations, these were the points that stood out for us:Pros - Good location for walking to restaurants.The beach is behind the building, very close.The balcony is usable and you can see the ocean, good for sunrise.Both bedrooms are a nice size.Communication with host was good.Elevators are in good working order and fast.Designated parking was great.We only cooked breakfast in the condo and had what we needed to do so.There are beach chairs and an umbrella available for use.It’s nice to have access to the workout room. What we didn’t care for:2nd bathroom is small, as stated in description. There aren’t any hooks or working outlets. I brought my own hook for the bath towel that we used when showering.The airport is very close by; the plane noise during the week wasn’t too bad but increased during the weekend.Gate to beach access closed at 7 pm, no after dinner walks.The pool wasn’t open.The air conditional on the balcony is loud and hot. The common areas were very spacious. We were four adults and had plenty of living room and dining room space. Our favorite part was the balcony in the evening. We would hang out there and enjoy the view. The bedrooms were good sized as well. On the listing description, it says that the second bathroom is small. It is extremely small, but it was adequate for the two adults who shared it. Were all the finishes fancy and perfect? No, but honestly, the location, the spaciousness, and the overall feel made those things not matter to us. Communication with the property manager was excellent, if I were to come back to Puerto Rico, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! ##### Rita H. The room exceeded our expectations—the rooms were big, everything was clean, beautifully decorated and was equipped with everything we needed. The bathrooms were bad!! Not clean and in pretty bad shape. The smaller bathroom didn't have space to even leave a toothbrush. Showers were scary. Building was fallling apart. It had a nice balcony but you couldn't sit out there because the air conditioner was so loud and chunks of the building were coming off onto the balcony. I wouold expect a nicer place for all the money we paid for it. I wouldnt saty here again. We left early ##### Debbie S. I’d add that the kitchen is good t and well appointed. Full size fridge with ice cube maker! Parking spot is very conveniently located just inside ramp with elevator just around the corner. We rented a car and drove to old San Juan one day. Beach by ESJ is just steps out of the lobby. Solid security at the ESJ. Host is excellent! Love to stay there again. ##### Tim T. The place was very safe and clean. It was well equipped with every thing you may need. The property was right on the beach. It had a great view. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Everything was well thought out for the guests. The kitchen was well stocked, even with some seasonings. There was also beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella, as well beach towels for beach going. Everything was convenient with parking space included. I have no complaints about the property. I and my family truly enjoyed ourselves and felt very comfortable and at home. ##### Phrogie L. We enjoyed the apartment because it was clean, cool, and comfortable. The parking spot was a perfect perk. The staff and security were helpful and easily accessible.
