It has a dedicated parking for 1 vehicle. Building has 24/7 security, a beachfront pool & basket court.

NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.  
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet
