The GEM of our complex is an exquisitely renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit featuring a generous living room and two included secluded terraces. Start your day with a coffee on your personal terrace, gazing out over the ocean at sunrise, and end it with a barbecue for friends as the sun sets.  
  
Our breathtakingly renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Step inside to discover a spacious living room with stunning ocean views and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for accommodating up to 2 adults in the living room. The unit features a designated dining area and a full kitchen where you can host a beautiful meal while overlooking the ocean. Enjoy not one, but two private terraces - one equipped with sofa lounge and chairs, and the other boasting a BBQ, ideal for an afternoon grill after a dip in the ocean.   
  
With two renovated bathrooms, convenience is key. Both bedrooms offer ocean views, with one featuring a queen bed and the other offering two queen beds. Experience the epitome of beachfront luxury and comfort during your stay with us.  
  
For your entertainment and convenience, we provide a flat-screen TV with streaming services in each of the bedrooms and the living room as well as high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring endless entertainment options and seamless connectivity. Air conditioning and heating are available throughout the unit, ensuring a comfortable temperature all year round. Additionally, enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and self-check-in, allowing you to come and go as you please. Designated parking is also available.   
  
Next to this unit lies our newly constructed studio, ideal for hosting an additional 4 guests and available for connecting reservations. We offer a spacious third terrace for rent, ideal for events, corporate gatherings, private chef dinners, birthday parties, Sweet 16 celebrations, and more. The rental cost is $500, and tables and chairs must be rented separately for events.

While Uber may not be the most prevalent transportation option in the area, we are delighted to inform you that Uber Eats is readily available, providing a convenient and delicious solution for your dining needs.
