It is just a 5 minute walk from the popular Ashford Avenue and from the beach access near La Concha resort, also very close to La Laguna del Condado where you can enjoy water activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding. \*WE ARE PET FRIENDLY, AND ACCEPT LONG TERM STAYS The Space: This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one with a King-size bed, and the other with a Queen-size bed.
