Palma Vista Penthouse Villa is a 3,500-sq. ft. property located at Seven Seas Beach, Fajardo, Puerto Rico. It is a 2 level Penthouse comprising a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and new Kenmore Elite Dishwasher, Refrigerator and Range/Oven. Large 1st level balcony and expansive 2nd level private terrace, 3 bedrooms (master-suite with a king size bed; and two additional bedrooms each with queen size beds), For the baby we provide a “Foundations® SleepFresh® Celebrity™ Portable Crib”. There are three full bathrooms. Two full bathrooms are located on the first level, one being an ensuite bathroom for the master-suite bedroom. The third full bathroom is located on the 2nd Penthouse Terrace level. This bathroom has the breezy, easy access of an outdoor shower, opening to the penthouse terrace with a spectacular ocean view. The view from the breezy shower is an experience to live and enjoy. The property is fully air-conditioned throughout. The villa has dedicated parking for two cars plus visitors parking. Palma Vista is an exclusive and secure gated community, very private (only 30 Villas) that boasts two communal pools, a children’s play area and a gazebo. Palma Vista is adjacent to El Conquistador Resort and Las Cabezas de San Juan. The panoramic views from the villa and the terrace are beautiful. From the front, Las Cabezas de San Juan, The Lighthouse, Atlantic Ocean, and Caribbean Sea. From the back are impressive panoramic views of El Yunque National Rain Forest and the Puerto Rican mountains and beautiful views of the countryside and its flora. The sunset and sunrise from the top terrace are exquisite. One of the top beaches on the island of Puerto Rico, Seven Seas Beach is a popular beach for families and for snorkeling around the adjacent coral reefs, and various water sports. The clear waters are teeming with vibrant tropical fish around coral reef areas. Seven Seas Beach is also extremely safe for children, as offshore reefs protect the beach from waves and currents. The region is part of the National Parks System and is considered a 'World Blue Flag Beach'. To obtain the Blue Flag distinction, a beach must comply with a set of very strict standards in terms of water quality, safety and services, environmental education, and information. Blue Flag Beaches are continually monitored for water and land environmental safety. Seven Seas Beach, with spectacular blue waters and a beautiful sand beach is located at Las Croabas, Fajardo, Puerto Rico. In addition to being located directly at Seven Seas Beach, which means you do not need a car to get to the beach, only minutes away and within easy walking distance, are the beautiful beaches of Playa Escondida (Hidden Beach), Playa Colora (Red Beach) and Governor's Beach, which are three of the most secluded beaches you can find. This means that it is a romantic spot, it's certainly a great place for snorkeling and just to relax. Playa Escondida means 'hidden' and Playa Colora 'hot/red beach' in Spanish. For it to be hidden, and virtually unused, it is in an out-of-the way place — you must walk about 20 minutes via a trail through a mangrove forest to get there. But the prize is worth it — finding a pretty, secluded strip of beach like this one is always a pleasure. Also, the Governor's Summerhouse is at Playa Escondida. Playa Escondida is very safe for snorkeling, swimming and/or just to contemplate the beautiful panoramic views in very calm waters. Several nearby islands like; Icacos and Palomino provide even more opportunities for fantastic snorkeling, hiking, and exploring. Local companies or at local Marinas you can get and organize guided tours to take you for a fun day. Especially popular are the Kayak Tours of the Bioluminescent Laguna Grande, which is in Seven Seas Beach and next to Palma Vista Villa. Also 7 minutes by car and in the town of Fajardo ferryboats can take you to Vieques and Culebra, with more places to explore and World-renowned beaches to enjoy. Vieques and Culebra can also be reached by air from Ceiba Airport. Ceiba Airport, which is a 20-minute drive from Seven Seas and Palma Vista Villa, also services flights to other nearby island such as the US Virgin Islands. Air Flamenco operating from Ceiba airport offer flights to San Juan, Arecibo, Ponce, and the islands of Culebra, Vieques, St Thomas, St Croix, Tortola, St Martin, Anguilla, and the Dominican Republic. The property is well maintained, clean and the decoration taste is flawless. It has everything needed for a great time at the beach with family and friends. This is an excellent vacation home just across the street from the beach. Well maintained and stocked and very comfortable. We cooked, brought in take out, barbecued on the rooftop, and drove a mile or so to Las Croabas, lined with various restaurants. Walkable but we drove and were lucky enough to always find a parking spot.The owner provides beach towels, easy to carry beach chairs, and a cooler and likely more, but that was suitable for us. The House of Pastelillos is a great lite food/beverage option at the beach, and a short walk from the condo. The water is calm and clear. A very convenient beach outing though it got crowded on the long holiday weekend. The owner provides an excellent list of activities, recommendations, places to shop, and other pertinent information. Most were still spot on, but if you are picky or food snob, you may want to google places. For example, we found a better assortment of meats at Econo, near Walmart although the nearby Pueblo was very convenient for staples.We had a wonderful stay. If we return to Fajardo we would definitely look to stay here again! ##### Vincent V. The location across from Seven Seas beach was perfect. Nearby restaurants within walking distance were very nice. However we appreciated having a car to go boogie boarding, snorkeling, kayaking in the Biobay and hiking in the rain forest. The unit has everything that you need, including beach towel, boogie boards, coolers and amazing ice cubes. The internet is great as evidenced by the fact that we had 3 attorneys working remotely. The rooftop deck is an amazing place to work remotely. I hope to go back. ##### Angela C. The condo could not have been better. I must say we were disappointed that many of the restaurants were closed at the beginning of the week.. not unusual for PR, but disappointing. We did the hike to hidden beach which was beautiful but were not able to do the kayak trip to the bio lagoon as there were no spots available. We were told we should have booked 2 weeks ahead. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Xiomara, the property manager, answered questions that arose within minutes. She was very helpful. The balcony and deck were our favorite places to hang out, with beautiful views of the ocean. The LR arrangement was generously sized to accommodate all six of us for dinner. Our usual routine is to eat out for half our dinners, but the unit was so inviting that we cooked and ate nearly all our meals at home. Seven Seas beach is 2 minutes away and gorgeous. Two other secluded beaches are 25 minutes walk through an enchanted mangrove forest. The marina where we charted a boat for snorkeling was an 8 minute car ride. And our day in the Old City of San Juan was an easy 1 hour car ride away. Can't name anything that we weren't completely satisfied with. ##### Joel B. Our family had a great stay at this spacious and tastefully decorated condo. The rooftop deck is amazing--you won't want to leave and explore. But please do! There are wonderful beaches and trails right by the condo. Our only adventure involved an island-wide power outage when we arrived, which made arrival a little complicated. However some aspects of this rental were disappointing. My biggest complaint about this property was that it was advertised as "beachfront." It was not. There was a parking lot and a road between the property and the beach. In addition, the information sent to me was that housekeeping services were to be provided mid stay. They were not. And when we contacted the owner about this he failed to reply. (I will contact him and request a refund of 70 since this was the stated cost of "additional housekeeping services.") We found this strange against a backdrop of (to us excessive) a lengthy list of do's and don'ts -- mostly don'ts. There were admonitions to clean the BBQ, oven and microwave if any of these were not left in pristine condition. We did use the BBQ and tried to clean it but the cleaning tool by the BBQ was so old it was useless. We were told a new tool would be delivered. It was not. The pelmet on the kitchen window fell off and landed on the kitchen floor. We were told it would be fixed. It was not. (And no apology since it could easily have fallen of any of us.) Multiple instructions warned of soiling the white furniture, bed linens -- strange, we thought since if the owner is so concerned about dirtying the furniture that white had been chosen as the universal decorating color. Finally the TV and sound system was absurdly difficult -- 7 remotes with instructions that did not always work. ##### Lucy K. Séjour de 7 nuits en janvier 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Eric S. 1 janv. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Luxury and Location Accommodations are as expected: next level, clean, secure and a stone’s throw from the beach. We were never inconvenienced (prior posts discuss a pesky rooster during morning hours but we didn’t find it noteworthy.) and the owner went above and beyond our lodging needs to make sure we had a lay of the land as it relates to recommended places to go and dine. Memorable elements are plenty as this unit is concerned but the penthouse patio above the lodging shines above all for catching the sun or to spy a star filled sky. We made use of the kitchen but not to the extent one could - all you need and more to dine in If you grow tired of eating out. It is worth noting that the owners really want you enjoy your stay: plenty of beach chairs, and coolers, to make beach outings pleasant. I will leave you with this: a visiting friend stayed at the local Conquistador resort and while it is a full service establishment we heard too many nightmare stories during their stay there to further solidify that our choice was a sound one. ##### Eric S. It is beautiful. The private roof top deck was my favorite spot. The beach is right across the street with a path leading to a hidden beach which was a fun adventure. The area has some great restaurants and my family enjoyed trying all seafood and local dishes. There is so much to do, the bioluminescent bay kayak tour was our favorite excursion. The check in process was easy. The villa was spotless when we checked in. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for a beach vacation. The owners provided us with great information and tips for exploring the area, places to eat and where to shop. ##### Kathleen H. Some kind of rubber mat would help. The inflatable mattress was a surprise, since it was not requested. It made it difficult to move around the bedroom, causing one of the guests to fall during the night. ##### Robert R.
