About this space  
Enjoy a stylish experience at the hippest neighborhood in San Juan. Beautifully decorated and with all amenities. Gorgeous view of the Condado Lagoon Estuary from the balcony. Great for vacation or business travel. Fully equipped for fun, relax and/or for work. Condo has power generator, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV and high speed internet. Steps from the beach, the lagoon, restaurants, aquasports, stores and nightlife. Minutes drive to Old San Juan and the Convention District.  
The space  
The apartment is beautifully decorated by an interior designer.  
The rooms are comfortable and peaceful. Perfect to enjoy a memorable vacation or for the business traveler.  
The living room has a smart tv with High Speed Internet and access to your viewing platforms.  
There is a balcony with two chairs and a table where you can enjoy the marvelous views of the lagoon while sipping a coffee or a cocktail.  
The dining area can be used for a nice friends and family dinner or for work, The kitchen is a full kitchen with all the gadgets, wine and champagne glasses, expresso coffee maker and dinnerware. There is a dishwasher, microwave, oven and range.  
The bedroom is gorgeous and chic and has a walking closet, dresser and a reading area with a chair and a lamp.  
The bathroom has a shower and has shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.  
Guest access  
The building is next to the Condado Lagoon and it has a parking. Once you enter the apartment you can get access to the parking pass and beeper. The building is very safe and you need a key to access the apartment floor. There is a coin laundromat in the building with washers and driers. You can walk to the lagoon and to the beach.
