Obviously, this place costs based on location, location, location -- it is close to the beach, Orozco's across street is excellent and convenient to rest of things we were doing (including short Uber to old town and then we scootered back).The unit is typical of being a little older and on the beach -- lighting a little too low, insulation from street noise not great, other dated things like bedding and bathrooms.But, again, it's the location close to the beach and good eats close by that made staying here a good sequi to the cruise we jumped on, and folks are looking forward to coming back to San Juan another time! ##### Clay T. The location is wonderful and close to the beach. The property was clean and the photos are very accurate. The location is ideal and about a 12-15min uber to Old San Juan and a quick walk to la Placita. Communication was great with the property manager and they were responsive to all of our questions.
