Small, only 325 sq ft. Studio. Please treat it as if it is your home away from home. Condominio Coco Mar is beachfront, just a few steps to West Isla Verde Beach, near Casinos, restaurants and the Pueblo 24 hour Supermarket. We are within walking distance to the Isla Verde Plazoneta, which has restaurants, souvenirs shops ATM, Caridad (formerly CVS) pharmacy and Market24, which has food and groceries. Condominio Coco Mar has FREE parking but on a first come first basis and is not guaranteed. The condo is gated and secured. Most Uber rides from our condo to anywhere in the metro area, will average about $10 - $15\. Although our check-in is 3pm, we can be flexible with check in, if the calendar allows. We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company. VRBO has a $59 Non refundable Damage Protection option, which covers up to $1500\. There is FREE parking, but not guarantee, on a first in Basis. We suggest Uber or simlar as it is less costly than a rental. West Isla Verde Beach is steps away from the condo. There is the East Isla Verde beach within a block away. Restaurants, bars, casinos and pharmacies, all within walking distance. The 24 hour Pueblo Supermarket is also within walking distance... Small efficient studio on the ground floor. Please treat our place as if it is your home away from home. Le studio d'Hector est l'endroit idéal pour un séjour à Puerto Rico. Situé à quelques pas de marche de la plage, ainsi qu'à proximité des magasins, des restaurants et de l'aéroport. Le studio est très propre, confortable, sécuritaire et bien équipé. Hector est un excellent hôte, gentil et serviable, qui fournit des conseils et des recommandations locales ainsi que des réponses rapides à la communication. La plage est magnifique, l'eau turquoise est à température idéale, avec de belles vagues pour s'amuser sans être dangereuses. Les gens sont super gentils et accueillants... Excellent use of space, wifi and tv, amenities and kitchen, right next to the beach, close to airport. Hector was great at communicating and answering questions. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent, check in and check out were easy. We did not rent a car - our uber costs for the week were less than the cost of a rental. When we first arrived, Hector’s instructions were very thorough, though we had a bit of trouble finding the correct lock box. When we opened the door to our room, we immediately knew we made the right choice when booking our stay. The place was very clean, the lighting was nice, and we couldn’t have hoped for a better location (we spent a lot of time on the beach). The place was a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but honestly it was perfect for me and my girlfriend. I had everything I needed within the apartment. The neighborhood is safe and there are many restaurants and bars. Many people struggled with the check in since there are many key lock boxes on the outside. However, once you found your box the stay is totally worth its money. ##### Martin L. My wife and I enjoyed our 5 night stay. Very efficient use of 250 sq ft. The bed is comfortable, the shower is great and all of the renovations are very modern and sleek. Parking can prove difficult at times, but if you're not renting a car this place is perfect. There's 26 parking spaces for guests inside the gate and over 50 rooms in the building. So you do the math. And being right on the public beach, street parking is highly competitive. So just keep that in mind. Very efficient use of 250 sq ft. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is great and all of the renovations are very modern and sleek. I really appreciated the outdoor rinse station so as not to track in sand from the beach. Loved the location. Aside from being right on the beach, its also very close to the airport but due to flight paths, we didnt even notice any kind of plane noise. The beach direction offers great views of the sunset over the ocean horizon. Decent restaurants within walking distance, but also very easy to Uber around further. About 25 minutes from Old San Juan and an hour from Fajardo, which are where we scheduled our day trips for sightseeing and vacation activities. We enjoyed our stay, and would absolutely return. ##### Daniel B. The condo was beautiful, clean, had good wifi and AC, a nice TV, and was steps away from a great beach. It is about the size of a hotel room, so perfect for a couple. It’s walking distance from lot’s of restaurants and a full size grocery store. The most challenging aspect of reaching the beach was dealing with the lock box. Despite entering the correct code, the box would often jam, delaying its opening for several minutes. Otherwise; the supermarket was in walking distance and restaurants were in walking distance. The condo was clean and we never experienced any noise at night.
