Ideally located just minutes from the beach, top restaurants, and major attractions, this space provides both convenience and charm in one of San Juan’s most vibrant neighborhoods. While you explore the city during the day, you can return to a cozy and inviting retreat designed to make your stay enjoyable. The building does not have an elevator, you must climb stairs to get to the apartment. The apartment features high ceilings and a welcoming living space, creating a bright and open atmosphere. The comfortable sofa is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, whether you want to relax with a book, enjoy a conversation, or take in the scenic views of Miramar through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Designed for both convenience and functionality, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, blender, and coffee maker. The open layout allows you to enjoy the fresh Caribbean breeze while cooking, making it a perfect space for sharing breakfast, lunch, or dinner with family or friends. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom offers a cozy and relaxing atmosphere with fresh linens and soft lighting, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The building has a backup generator and a water cistern to help maintain services during occasional power or water outages.
