The proximity to the beach was fantastic...walking out there every morning and being able to rent a large umbrella and loungers was so easy and inexpensive. The apartment is so clean with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities you could need. This was our third trip to San Juan and when we return, we will definitely look to rebook this apartment! ##### Michael C. Condo is located and nestled amongst hotels and within walking distance to plenty of authentic PR restaurants, grocery store, fast-food etc.,You can't beat the price for the location as condo sits directly on the beach, with access to the pool. We had a wonderful time and communication with our host, Saribel was on point, had no issues with check-in / check-out instructions. \*\*I do want to mention that, the online description does indicate there is a deck/patio space but, please note it is only a standing-room 'landing' - not a true deck/patio for a table / chairs.
