The Space: This apartment is ideally located, just a short walk from the beach, where you can enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. There are also plenty of supermarkets, cafes, and shops nearby, making it easy to stock up on essentials or enjoy a delicious meal or coffee. Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted with a warm and inviting living space that is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and a kitchen with cooking essentials. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, featuring a cozy queen-sized bed, and a window that lets in plenty of natural light. The bathroom is modern and clean, with a shower, toilet, and sink. This apartment is the perfect base for your next vacation, with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Guest Access: Guests will access the entire apartment and public shared areas within the building. Gaming area is found in the 1st floor. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with stairs leading to the entry door. Unfortunately, there are no passenger elevators in our building. The Neighborhood: Condado is an upscale, oceanfront, tree-lined, pedestrian-oriented community in San Juan. Condado is one of the forty neighborhoods of San Juan, Puerto Rico. In the north are the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean next to hotels and other attractions such as nightclubs, casinos, shops, and restaurants. Condado is one of the island's primary tourist destinations. Getting Around: Parking in Condado is limited. Therefore, we recommend that our guests do not rent cars unless planning to travel out of San Juan often. In addition to Condado being very walkable, taxicab service, Uber, and electric scooters are abundant and easy to hail. Other Things to Note: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost. We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons. Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we've included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials you'll need to feel to get you started and feel right at home. You'll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We've also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you'll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we've included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We've also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace. Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed. For stays over 28 days, we require additional personal information and a signed License Agreement to accommodate the stay. All guests must verify their information, including a 3rd-party background check. This is to ensure your safety and the safety and well-being of our neighbors and homes. All information is confidential and will not be shared with anyone for any purposes outside of your reservation. Once all information is verified, we can confirm your reservation. However, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation if you fail to comply or have a failed background check. Please be aware that an additional deposit of up to $500 per reservation will be held during your stay and released within seven days after checkout to cover any incident at the property. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
