There was a lot of damaged items upon arrival. Wire shelving part way unattached from wall, holes in doors, glass on sliding door seperated from frame, cabinets in disarray. The outside area with the hot tub was in terrible shape. Vines are all grown up around tub with some vines hanging down close to surface of water. This is causing leaves and alge in tub and tub was unfunctional. Thry also had a blow up hot tub sitting there. Weird. The grass was over 8binches tall and this led to many mosquitoes in the outaide area. We ended up getting a refund but this caused us to have to scramble for a new place to stay which cost us extra money since it was after 5pm when we arrived and it cost us a few hours of vacation time. ##### Main S. This house was close to the beach, clean and cool and saved us while we were stranded. The property manager/owner communicated well and was very responsive. But unfortunately it’s not well maintained. One bathroom was completely dirty, with a broken toilet, we didn’t use it at all. The doors didn’t close properly, there is a hot tub, but it’s dirty with frogs inside, they have a grill, but it’s damaged and located in an area that is not maintained (lots of weeds).
