Our exclusive three-bedroom apartments with balcony have a magnificent view of San Juan Bay. They are the perfect place to enjoy your stay in San Juan del Sur.  
  
Fully equipped kitchen

Excellent location, walking distance of six minutes to town center.  
  
All of our guests enjoy access to the club house, gym, infinity pool, children splash pool and playground.

A damage deposit of $500 is required.  
Parties are not allowed and quiet time is strictly observed from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.  
Smoking is not allowed inside of the apartments.  
We allow pets of 5kgs or less.
