Did not get checked in so can’t rate everything, except staff and service. It was ok at the beginning, until I asked about why he could not pull my info based on the loyalty program number, and insisted that he must have my mailing address and phone, he could not explain and got upset. Then accused me of complaint, yelling, and pestering. There was another guest standing there eye-witnessing all these. He accused me of refusing to show him my ID for check in when i did show and also my credit card. And he said there is a camera recording everything and saying without these info, they could not provide when the police asked for it.
A lot of what he said made no sense, and the worst is the attitude. He made false accusations, then asked me to leave. I asked for full refund and he said he has cancelled it or call the manager next morning. He is a man with bad attitude and should not be in that position.
No point to waste time talking to this type of low quality people who cant be reasoned.
