OK but Not Great
I travel a lot. I booked this hotel primarily because it had a concierge level. I prepaid for the concierge level but was told when I arrived that the concierge level was closed for 48 hours during the time I was going to be there but I was not offered any refund for my pre-pay! Also, this hotel charges a minimum of $8/night for internet access. The front desk people were efficient but charmless. The bell service was inattentive. We had to insist that our room get serviced at 3:30 in the afternoon! A request for a list of TV stations was ignored. Good location in downtown San Jose but don't expect too much.
