Not So Hospitable Hospitality

From the looks of the lobby, the hotel seemed like a nice place. However, I can't speak to what the rooms were like because there were issues at check-in. After realizing the prices were less through Hotels.com, I proceeded to book online. Once booked, the front desk person told me and my party that we would have to wait for about half an hour OUTSIDE (@ 2 am) in order to check in. We ended up going down the street to Holiday Inn Express where we treated much better.

Reservations trough third parties such as hotels.com and other sites do not show instantly on hotels reservation system it takes from 15 to 45 minutes in order to be processed by the third party then sent to the hotel.
