Was told by receptionist that water is not complementary so we bought 6 bottles of water charged to the room. We had to extend our stay one day and the new receptionist gave us two complementary water. I was charged $56 for 6 bottles of water, high way robbery. Do not recommend this place.

Basic but exceeded expectations, seems well managed and maintained. Clean, fresh (no dingy grout), appreciated pillow choice/quality, had expected bath and room amenities, appreciated free breakfast and good coffee (enjoyed oatmeal with raisins -- many other options), parking below grade of facility, room was basic but very nice and good size, nice staff, free wifi, new favorite in the area as good value and quality

Language barrier made it difficult to communicate
We were kept up until 4am due to unruly guests. I informed the person working the front desk that there were some guests hanging out in the hall and their room, speaking loudly and at times yelling. The employee tried to help but there was a significant language barrier as their English was very limited - this is the main complaint. Your US-based employees should be able to speak fluent English.

This has been one of the cleanest and nicest hotels we have stayed at in the bay area. The room was clean and well taken care of. The lobby was clean and thier front desk staff was amazing. Also thier breakfast was delicious they have some many options.

Enjoyed our stay. At first I thought being close to the train route would keep us up but it didn't bother us at all. It was good to have breakfast so we don't have to run out every morning.

Very comfortable hotel with a decent free hot breakfast. We enjoyed the hot tub, too. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the walls and floor must be thin as we heard stomping when in our room. Luckily, it didn’t keep us awake. Very comfy beds and pillows.

Nice.
The morning breakfast was great - better than typical for sure. The room was also very clean including the spacious bathroom, which I don't always see even in more upscale hotels. It's within easy walking distance of Castro street (under 10 min walk) which has lots of nice shops and dining options. Highly recommend.

We never made it!!! Spirit airlines left us stranded in Las Vegas!!! The airline manager refused to find us a seat on a different airline and just did not care about correcting their mess!!! Missed the weeding and this whole debacle from Spirit airlines cost us over 500 dollars!!! Filling a complaint with all the agencies involved in making sure airlines keep their contractual obligations.

Air conditioner is very loud when it turns off quite a few times during the night Seems like Hamptons are clicking down a notch but for the price I guess it was fine Hardly slept
