I apologize for any wifi issues that you experienced. We have recently added an additional 6 access points throughout the hotel and did not find any slow spots. We will notify our installation team to access the situation and make any necessary adjustments.

Once again, we are sorry that the resurfacing of the pool was disturbing, although it never started before 10am. I know that it could be a disappointment if that is why choose a hotel. We waited as long after Summer to begin the process and hope to have it ready for the season again and look forward to your return visit to enjoy a new pool area, until then, thank you for your patience and understanding.

Sorry that you were disturbed by someone at 7am since the work going on at the pool is only allowed to start at 10am. Unfortunately, there really is no other way to replace the pool deck, we have to go through inconvenient times to get to a new and spectacular pool deck. I hope you come back to enjoy it!

Thank you for your response and suggestions, we do mop daily but it seems we need a little more elbow grease!

As I have discussed this with the registered guest, scabies show symptoms at a minimum of 2-weeks after being infected...most of the time closer to 6-weeks. As you and your mother showed symptoms and sought medical attention within 48-hours, your medical affliction was derived elsewhere. We are sorry that you were exposed to mites, but you are searching for a resolution with the wrong facility.
