Quiet, rooms reasonably dark at night, beds very comfy. Well appointed kitchen - thank you for the stock of plastic food containers. Only one problem - ants in the small bedroom. They seemed to be just crawling randomly around the floor. Otherwise it was very clean and the floors had no dust/dirt. They sent pictures of the front door and the parking spot so we were able to find it easily. The property is exactly as stated, and was perfect for the two of us! We did have an issue the first night with not having hot water (not the owner's responsibility). He responded to my call, contacted the HOA, and they got it fixed that night. I know things can happen out of the owner's control, and I appreciate them acting so quickly and checking up on us to make sure the issue was fixed. It was easy to get to the places we planned to visit, and we felt safe here. You may hear people in adjacent units showering, but overall it was very quiet and comfortable. In the past we have stayed at a hotel, but this condo was so much better. It was perfect for our stay and allowed us to have family come to us as well as us going to their place. The fan in the largest bedroom could not be turned off since the wall switch turned the fan and light on at the same time; the pull chain for the fan was broken off (I found it in the top drawer of the chest) inside the on-fan switch and could not be reattached. The tub stopper would not seal and the lever was not attached to the tub. The kitchen faucet would automatically switch to spray when the water got hot. Sep 29, 2022 Liked: Check-in, communication Disliked: Cleanliness, location #### Needs a proper cleaning & updates I could tell this place was nice at some point, probably when it was first listed before the wear & tear of renting it out. A coat of paint & a lot of tlc goes a long way. Obvious signs that the property was not cleaned properly if at all. (If it was “cleaned” the crew needs to be fired for their laziness) Sticky table tops, a brown liquid in the freezer, stained sheets (no extras) moldy look around the bath, filthy vents (tons of accumulation of dust bunnies & whatever else) The sofa had stains as well, looked worn out & such a undesirable color, that you couldn’t tell if it was dirty or just looks like that. The neighborhood is a bit sketch too especially when you drive through the alley way to park around back. Couldn’t stay here & feel comfortable, had to cut this stay short. Felt itchy just being there. I have photos if the site will allow me to upload, I will. Owners were responsive & seemed surprised about the conditions I described to them. ##### sandra F.
