#### friendly stay in San Jose 

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast are good enough to be satisfied and comfortable. Rooms aren’t TV and A/C although temperature is cool all day long Room is huge, comfortable bed and big closet for cloth. Around area is convenient and safe Convenient store are very close.

Safe place and big house. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was not costarican traditional but made the job.

1.Rooms were not well maintained. Wall had broken paint, looked dirty and smelly. 2\. It doesn’t have Air conditioning, so it’s was very difficult to sleep. Fan provided wasn’t good enough as it was very warm inside. 3\. Breakfast is terrible. In fact I wouldn’t call it a Breakfast (2 breads and a coffee) 4.Limited/No parking, you will have to park on road. Felt a bit unsafe as it’s adjacent to downtown San Jose I wouldn’t recommend as you can get better hotel Options at the same price.
