We're 7 to 15 minutes from all attractions: SJC airport, SAP center, SJ downtown, San Jose Convention Center, Santana Row, Levi’s stadium, Avaya stadiums, museums and restaurants...Santa Cruz is 35 minutes. Stanford is 25 minutes. San Francisco is 45 minutes.Close to major freeways. There are two main bedrooms with high quality queen mattresses, beddings, closets, night stands and a 50in TV in a master bedroom. \*There is a Loft( small bonus room) could convert to a third bedroom with a pull out European lounger that converts to a full size bed.\* Also provided a queen size air mattress. This Charming Home is almost 1100 square feet and is beautifully renovated throughout with modern furnishings ready to welcome guests. A relaxing living room with a small wine bar, 65 inch TV with Netflix and a comfortable sofa and a lovely love seat to watch a movie. A desk with charging station for work. Two full modern bathrooms with showers, freshly bath towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, hair dryer. Modern decorated dining area with a new dining table set for gatherings. Please feel free to enjoy our kitchen to prepare a gourmet meal, as we have provided the following amenities for you: stove top oven, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, salt, sugar, pepper, snacks, waters, and a dishwasher. New front load washer, dryer and laundry detergents. Heat/AC smart central. Free WIFI Keyless Smart lock The property has private fenced enclosed front yard and backyard for your privacy, also has a patio set and a barbecue gas grill to enjoy the beautiful weather. The entire main house, private front yard and backyard are available for you for the duration of your stay. There is a cottage that is not part of your rental and it is totally separated from the main house with separate fenced. There are exterior security cameras and ring doorbell outside the property. No cameras indoors. We are just a few blocks away from the house, and will be available for any questions or concerns. We do check in periodically to ensure everything is going well for your stay. We treat our guests with respect, privacy, and try our best to communicate with you as much as possible. We make sure our place is thoroughly cleaned, provide freshly washed sheets, pillow cases, mattress covers for your stay. As a host, we would like to make sure our guests feel at home, safe and experience a pleasant stay. We reserved one parking space for our guests in our shared driveway ( our driveway is a little steep so please drive in or backup slowly ) if you have more than one car you can also park on the street on the side of the house. We will contact you prior your arrival to provide you with check in information, including a passcode to enter the house and a WiFi password for internet access. There are cameras outside of the property and ring doorbells. \~Please take a moment to review our House Rules & Policy before your arrival: \*\*\*NO PARTIES or events or large gatherings. If violated will be asked to leave the property immediately and also result in a fine and extra fees( cleaning, management, service fee....) For Christmas we gifted my brother and sister in law a weekend away with us to go to a Sharks game and the Winchester Myster House tour. It was a big deal becuase it was the 1st time they were leaving their 9 month old twins. The property was perfect. We all stated how clean and easy to check in it was. We didn't spend of lot of time at the house but we would go back when we could hang and relax. The kitchen was stocked with water, coffee and snacks which was a very welcome surprise. I was a little nervous when we first arrived becuase it looked as if the house was on a busier road than expected but it was very quiet and peacful. My sister in law said it was the first full 8 hours of sleep she's had in a year. Thank you Quinn and Daniel. ##### Kathryn B. My mom has timeshares and she said this was just as good as staying in those! Very clean. Manager was very responsive when I asked questions. We were very comfortable and had a place to relax after a full day! Beds were comfortable. Yard was lovely. I was worried about being by the road but I did not notice the traffic outside. Quinn’s rating as a Premier Host is truly deserved. We needed to arrange for a possible medical delivery, and Quinn was willing to assist. The kitchen was stocked with starter supplies of water, soda, coffee, tea, and several snack options. Dishes and the extras (like plastic wrap) were all there. The beds were super comfortable, and we made use of the plush blankets on chilly nights. Everything in the house is thoroughly modern and functioning well (with instructions where needed), including the washer and dryer (detergent provided). This was a clean and lovely place to enjoy, and we would definitely book this house again. ##### Wendy K. My gf and I are from Canada and did not realize it was the American Thanksgiving holiday and most everything was closed. Thankfully this thoughtful owner had extras we could eat! Es ist auch ein ideales Standquartier für Ausflüge nach San Francisco und an die Pazifikküste (z.B. Monterey). Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank bereits gut gefüllt. Auch im Badezimmer waren bereits alle notwendigen Hygienartikel vorhanden. so dass wir den Eindruck hatten, dass es ein wirkliches »Home from Home« ist! This home was fantastic! Quinn, the host, was accommodating when our arrival kept changing due to weather conditions. We were tired and grumpy when we arrived and walking into this home made the stress immediately melt away. The decor and amenities made the stay very comfortable. Yard and patio were relaxing and made you feel as though it was truly a "home away from home". We will most definitely be staying here in the future! ##### Joy T. The home is nicely put together and the beds were very very comfortable and there were many personal touches throughout the house. The kitchen was pretty well stocked although they could have used a couple more knives. However the snacks and drinks provided by the owner made up for it! The only complaint I have is that the owners were working on their driveway/garage area and the workmen were pretty much right outside our bedroom window. I’m sure that won’t happen for future tenants but that was the only part of this day that I had an issue with.
