We have stayed at other Santana Row properties in the past so we were familiar with the location. Plenty of restaurants and coffee options along with shopping. This home is fantastic. Very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out are easy. Johnny did a great job communicating the process and was a great host. We attended the Nile’s flea market and it’s a convenient drone to Freemont while also being in the heart of San Jose! So many things to do on Santana Row just outside your door! Perfect location and Johnny has everything you would need to make this a comfortable stay! It’s very quiet the underground parking is great! We will definitely be back and book through Johnny again! It was a bit hard to find entrance but he guided us perfectly once we called him. The beds were a bit small for two grown women but I should’ve been aware. The location was perfect. The location is excellent for food and shopping. One item that potential renters should know is that the two bedrooms are not fully enclosed.
