It is a super nice apartment, suitable for short stays, medical tourism or a long stay for foreigners and/or national people.  
  
With the basic amenities to make you feel at home, for independent guests, quiet stays for couples and small families.  
No parties allowed inside the apartment, no unregistered guests.  
  
Located in a neighborhood full of restaurants and pubs where you can go out and enjoy in a safe and pleasant way.  
  
The space  
Space designed by Interior Designer Diego Yglesias with Urban-Industrial trends.  
Specifically made with ease to have a stay, private and comfortable.  
  
Guest access  
The 29th floor is not within the amenities of the stay.  
  
1 parking space.  
  
Other things to note  
Entrance is not allowed for more than 4 guests.  
  
Visitors are not allowed, therefore people other than registered guests are not allowed to enter. No exceptions.  
  
No pets allowed.  
  
It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes or marijuana inside the apartment. If there are signs of smoke or complaints from the administration in this regard, $200 will be charged for damages and problems caused by odors to neighbors by Aircover.
