Front staff not really attentive and you will need to prompt them for things like when does the airport shuttle run. We found out that the hotel next door as another shuttle you can take when I noticed the hotel shuttle was not coming at the time we need it too. The rooms is extremely basic and you need to use your hotel card to turn on the ac. Rooms are dated too.

Stayed at this hotel because we had an early flight out next morning. Checked, and this Courtyard is the closest hotel to SJO. 4am shuttle was early and ready to go. So transport to airport was a breeze. Staff were super friendly. Clean and well managed. Very nice room for the price. We were ready to relax and enjoyed the pool on 2nd floor. Will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic hotel when traveling in/out of the airport. Great restaurant, comfortable room with coffee, good quality beds and linens. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Perfect spot for airport access

Clean and efficient
Very friendly and helpful staff and the entire hotel is very clean. My room was very quiet (can't hear any air traffic which is great) and the blackout curtains are excellent. The restaurant was good too, and the airport shuttle was timely. No issues whatsoever! Will return.
