Easy access to highways 101, 280, and 680. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire house, including a private backyard and patio for your enjoyment. A private laundry area is also available in the patio for your convenience. Please note: This home shares a double wall with another ADU unit, ensuring extra sound protection and privacy. Self check-in and check-out are available through a smart lock system. Parking: You may park up to 2 cars in front of the garage on the right, plus there is plenty of free street parking available. Security For safety and security purposes, there is one exterior camera located in the driveway, facing the front of the house.
