### BEAUTIFUL House with mountain view for rent in San Rafael de Heredia downtown

We are announcing our beautiful housing development Villas . With your comfort in mind, surrounded by a wide green zone, hoist fruit-trees, a large variety of tropical birds and species.  
  
Each house has two large floors with a total area of 1.776 square feet FULLY FURNISHED. You will find there a spacious living area with private bathroom for your visits, large bedrooms with iron beds in Queen size with private bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is high pressure hot water available through out the house.   
  
The room in the second floor has 2 balconies, with a view to the mountains of San Rafael of Heredia to the north, with a beautiful panoramic view of the central valley, to the south.   
  
There is a private office area with desk, high speed internet on both floors, telephones, breakfast tables, laundry room with automatic washing machines, back yard, car port for two cars, and more!. You will find the peacefulness of a safe, comfortable and fresh environment. You can easily enjoy the shopping centres, tourism places and entertainment all around the gated comunity.  
There are all types of restaurants and shopping centres, parks and markets within walking distance of our apartments, suites and villas.

Wonderful condo in a great little neighborhood. Walking distance to town and restaurants. Property manger was immediately responsive and so kind. I will stay here again asap.

#### A beautiful Costa Rican house!

We use this house as a home base while we travel Around Costa Rica. Sleeping accommodations and showers were great. It is a pretty safe place with lots of birds, squirrels, etc. up in the trees outside the house.The host was amazing!Thank you!E. Chanto

#### Typical Costa Rican Life.

Felt very safe and appreciated the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Nice to be within walking distance of small grocer. Host couldn't have been more kind, helpful and thoughtful. For a taste of typical small town Costa Rica and perfect temperatures, we would recommend this place.
