Stepping into the courtyard of the hotel was like walking into paradise! The fountains, plantings, decorations were awesome. Everywhere we looked- we wanted to take a picture! There was even a beautiful small chapel on the grounds- making it the perfect spot for a destination wedding or event. The hotel room was very spacious & had huge French doors going out to the courtyard. The decorating & furnishings were exquisite -everything was done with great taste! The hotel staff was very accommodating & upgraded our room to be on the courtyard. We were able to walk to a great restaurant for breakfast - that was recommended by the hotel- which was also very picturesque. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night!

We had such a wonderful, short stay here a couple weeks ago.
Cesar at the front desk was so great and kind every time we spoke with him! All of the staff was very friendly...Fernando was awesome and helped us out with a smile on his face (bar + pool!). We also had the pleasure of speaking with Giovanny who gave a couple of wonderful recommendations around wedding planning (restaurants, florists, etc.) that we're currently doing. My mom and I felt safe, rooms were well A/C'd, super clean, and beds were great. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
We had an excellent family vacation. Loved it!!! The property was beautiful and the location was away from all the hustle and bussle of Downtown Cabo San Lucas. They had an entertainment staff that added a unique touch. The night shows were a little cheesy but we really appreciated the effort to entertain. Lol The all inclusive food was sub-par and the timeshare sales was a hassle... but other than that, it was perfect family getaway.
The hotel was fine for what we wanted/needed. It was not a luxury resort, more like a budget resort but the drinks flowed, the view was beautiful, the rooms were clean and the food was decent.
I think the rooms could stand a bit of renovation but they were clean, which is first and foremost. The food was nothing to write home about but it was sufficient. Although the burgers and quesadillas at the snack shack were fantastic.
Even though the hotel is on the beach, they advise people not swim because their is a cliff near the shore. We had fun playing in the sand and water so that really didn't bother us. It wasn't just our hotel, all along that area had the cliff problem. But it was still a very clean, pristine beach to enjoy laying out, watching the waves and playing on the shore. My favorite this about this beach front was that it was not overpopulated. It was as quiet and you are not solicited every two steps. If you are more into the club, bar, party scene you need to look in Cabo San Lucas. San Jose is more of a chill zone.
There is not many restaurants, bars or shopping close to the hotel, but San Lucas is about 25 min away and the shopping, bars and dinning that San Jose does offer is not far from the hotel.
Nine miles south of Los Cabos International Airport, San Jose del Cabo offers unparalleled sportfishing, where a day’s catch can include marlin, dorado, and sailfish. San Jose’s beachfront hotel zone on the Sea of Cortés lies a mile from this relaxed town. The historic Misión de San José del Cabo is across from the main plaza, home to art galleries and boutiques selling jewelry and handicrafts.
