From the balcony watch the whales and cruise ships arrive in the mornings then spectacular sunsets nightly . Fully equipped kitchen with new large and small appliances. Large dining table sits 6 plus a grill and balcony table for 4 . Master bed has a king bed second bedroom a queen bed, en-suite bathroom off master , second bathroom with shower. The space Penthouse 302 is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom brand new condo in El Tezal community just minutes to Downtown Cabo San Lucas, main swimming beaches , excellent fishing , nightlife, Costco and Walmart. Excellent restaurants are in this area or venture to San Jose del Cabo to the Artwalk on Thursday evenings. Parking in front or Uber easy access. We have set the condo up for preparing great meals , fully equipped kitchen or grill on the balcony . There is a large live edge table for 6 inside or balcony table for 4 plus outdoor seating for 2 more to have coffee or cocktails watching cruise ships come and go or whales breaching in the morning. Each bedroom has a very comfortable mattress and good quality sheets & towels. There spacious closets in both . Just a few stairs up is the pool and large patio with kitchen , grill area and outdoor furniture for dining or lounging. The views from here are panoramic.
