Impeccable!!!
L’hôtel, les chambres et la piscine tout est parfait et impeccablement propre et bien entretenu! La plage est magnifique, l’eau très claire et propre sans algue ni déchet. On peu aisément se baigner dans la petite baie! Les restos à la carte sont excellents, quoique parfois le service est long. Notre seul bémol va au buffet du midi et du soir qui est moyen en qualité et en variété. Ce n’était pas notre premier séjour dans un Paradisus, nous adorons cette chaîne et nous reviendrons très certainement!

hotel neuf, gestion du personnel a ameliorer
nous avons passe un bon sejour mais pour prix certains service sont a ameliorer. la restauration pas toujours de bonne qualite, les portions sont minimes (ex. 3gnochis pour des pattes). room service efficace mais lent. bon kids ckub . bravo a l equipe du kids club. le menage est un peu rapide qqfois et du mal a comprendre le changement des serviettes , reveille a 22h30 pour changer les serviettes. bon systeme d objet trouves et bonne securite. le minibar devrait refourni systematiquement. pas de navette gratuite pour la villr ou le supermarche. les boutiques hotels sont hors de prix. les menus des restaurants ne sont pas indiques dans les chambres. la piscine ne semble pas bien nettoye. des cheveuz au fond des bouches d evacuation le matin apres le nettoyage. pas d affichage de la qualite de l eau. peut etre un tres bon sejour mais merite une meilleur gestion de plusieurs services.

Staff are nice. The hotel is clean. The common areas are pretty with all the art work they have here and there. For an adult-only all-inclusive at this price range I expected more activities and entertainments at this hotel. We got bored not knowing what to do with our time. Food was ok, but not many options available. Half of the restaurants were closed half of the time.

Food costs are high in Cabo so we elected to stay all inclusive, but the food was not good. The italian restaurant was the worst by far. Mexican was just ok, go figure. Japanese was probably the best. The international was not good either. Taco truck by pool was great as was pool service, but pool was freezing, not heated. Drinks were decent, as was liquor selection, but beer choices were limited. Only dos equis or tecate, no modelo or pacifico. Breakfast was good everyday, especially the mexican cooked to order on the back patio. The concierges were great and very helpful. Whale watching excursion booked through hotel was excellent. We would not go all inclusive again, the food is just not up to par.

Beautifully landscaped property. Great proximity to the ocean/beach. Rooms are great, nice space, comfortable beds, geeat minibar. All the bars are fantastic. Having your room key as your all-inclusive bracelet is wonderful - no need to keep track of a room key card. Front desk staff were not very friendly or customer service oriented. We were not provided any information about the resort upon check-in, we had to figure everything out on our own. The resort does not offer much in the space of daytime entertainment or activities. Everything is accessed via QR code, hard to know what is going on daily or look at menus, know restaurant times etc

Took over 2 hours and three requests to get our bags delivered to our room. After waiting two hours I finally walked all the way back up to the valet stand and they are still sitting next to the driveway. Our room was very musty to the point where you lay down in bed and the sheets felt damp. Multiple hairballs on the floor in the bathroom. Reserve level is not worth the extra money, they promote it as more people to serve you with a dedicated concierge but ours did absolutely nothing for us. Best part about the reserve upgrade was the reserve-only guests restaurant. We ate there for breakfast every morning. Location is great though, even a spot on the beach where you can get in the ocean.

This was our first time at an all- inclusive in Cabo. We were quite impressed. First, the staff is great and very friendly, especially our concierge Tedd! He was the best and always in contact with us plus went over and beyond for my daughter’s birthday! Thank you Tedd! The food was very good and the service as well. My only critique would be some cleanliness issues around pool but other than that we had a great stay!

My friend purse was stolen the first day we arrived. It took HOURS for our bags to be delivered to our rooms. There are only 2 restaurants that have decent food on the property. Hotel staff members run around the resort asking if you need help but give you no help what so ever. It's not personal or genuine at all its just something they are required to ask. The only restaurant that offered decent food and had a great service was the Asian restaurant. The Mexican restaurant was the other restaurant that had decent food. Very disappointed at the service we received especially for the amount we paid. It's definitely not a 4 or 5 star resort!

Firstly, if a property advertises itself as “adults only”, then I’m pretty sure I shouldn’t be seeing preschool children at the pool. I’m not sure what the reasoning for this is, but it all comes back to false advertising. Aside from this major issue, the only real complaint would be the fact that the buffet is only open for breakfast, and if you plan to eat dinner, you better either make a reservation or do room service. The food was probably better than most resorts I’ve visited, but I don’t like having to schedule my meals when I’m on vacation.

Staff were very nice and helpful, rooms were spacious and even had snacks with m&ms and chips/drinks. Cleaning staff kept the room very clean and even had turn down service. This property did not have hot tub or even a heated pool, I specifically filtered That option when booking. There are no activities during the day or music, not lovely at all.

We clearly stated it was our honeymoon and it was they made no special arrangements for us, deapite asking us what we would like. Someone also tried to get us to attend a 45 minute information session (I.e. Time Share) when we specifically said we did not want to be asked that. This hotel was just what we were looking for in a relaxation get away It had great foods with different options. The pool was amazing. The beach was a short walk across the property. If you are headed here for adventure and excitement they also have a bunch of packages that take you all over transportation included. We will definitely be coming back. Also Irving at the concierge desk was the BEST super helpful and answered all the questions we had. We really enjoyed our trip.

The property looks amazing from the Lobby to the pool and the all ocean view. I came to this vacation alone stayed in The Reserve Suite Swim-Up for a week . At the beginning I got a room not clean after I saw all the dirt with the management they told me they prepare other room I waited 2 hours and they took me to the same room they try to clean but it was still not clean I waited another 2 hours to get other room finally I get the room. You have the main pool and the reserve pool out of the room, the water in the main pool are so cold compared to the reserve pool out of the room the only problem that the stuff can’t serve us in the pool in the room they not allowed that’s what they say so you need to go the main pool bar to get drinks. About the food and restaurant I loved the Bufe in the morning was amazing the stuff was really nice and friendly. About the Steakhouse restaurant I don’t recommend first if you not in the reserve area it’s not for free, if you are in the reserve area you get one dinner for free so I went to try, sitting there about 9:00pm not a lot of people in this hour , 20 minutes until someone came to take the order another a hour waiting for the steak and it was awful! recommend also about La Palapa food are good and the service (Emily was so kind). More than that most of the stuff was talking so rude to me and others in the property. Over all I don’t think I will come back to this resort not worth 5 stars .

Positives: Adults only - All Inclusive; Wonderfully friendly and accommodating staff; The food and restaurants exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful. Negatives: The Melia Rewards Program presentation left a very negative impression. The manager pressured us to make a decision within 1 hour, or the “special deal” he offered would expire. When we declined enrolling in the program we were advised we would be ineligible to enroll for the next 7 years. More pressure to take the special offer now. We declined and will consider other travel rewards programs but definitely not Melia in the future. Sals Steakhouse (the only restaurant that is not part of the All Inclusive package) was underwhelming, and the food was not worth the prices charged.

The service was excellent. Our concierge Carlos was very helpful with our dinner reservations and everything else we needed it. The rooms were in the smaller side, compare to other hotels in Cancun but it was clean and we loved having the pool right outside our room. The only suggestion I could make to the hotel is the food at the steakhouse. We were expecting a better selection and the flavor was missing on the fish of the day and short ribs. We didn’t end up finishing our food but overall, we are happy we stayed here and will recommend this hotel.

We booked this Reserve Oceanfront trip 5 months ago through Expedia. We were on the opposite side of the resort from the Reserve and our view was of the top of the Gabi restaurant. They told us Reserve is an experience, not a location. It's hard to EXPERIENCE something when it isn't convenient to get to it. Also, Oceanfront is a LOCATION. Concierge told us to book our own reservations for anything off-property due to liability. Told us to call room service for honor bar requests. We could do that on our own. Beachfront area is bombarded with vendors who approach you every 5 minutes. Property (itself) is pretty but any upgrades (especially double upgrades) aren't worth it!! Will go back to Grand Fiesta Americana where they know how to treat guests (even without the upgrades).
