Bottom floor, walk out the door into grass area to pool out the gate into the surf. If you surf. This is the place. If you are looking for direct access to the surf, you cannot find a better place. This is what Cabo is supposed to be like. If you are used to downtown area, this is much different. More remote feeling. Yet, it is not. Walk on Sand to the Famous Zippers Restaurant. Only issues we had were the shower head needed cleaning/replacing and the air conditioner didn't work. It was cool enough to open the windows at night and stay cool, but some might find this a security issue being that the apartment is on the ground floor. Also, the maintenance guy burst in on us when we were sleeping, which we didn't appreciate at all.
