I have used VRBO for years and this is my only negative rating. First, I requested and confirmed my booking request. Usually, this is it. Book, pay done. Not this time. I then got an email to complete my booking with another entity. They wanted credit card and deposit; usually all done within VRBO. Once we showed up, the room was not ready and they asked for another fee. It was only a few dollars, but yet not within VRBO website. Once the room was ready, it was not a King bed room, but a two bedroom with 4 small beds. I am with my wife! The room was not clean. The toilet was definitely not clean.
